Daddy Daycare is one of the few holiday club providers that are open for six weeks of the summer! We have a different theme each week, we take the kids outside every day and prices start from as little as £35 a day for nearly 10hours care a day. This includes all trips, transport and snacks so all your provide is a pack lunch and a spare pair of clothes!
We are also able to provide care for children starting school in August. In our experience it has been hugely beneficial for children starting P1 in August to finish nursery at the end of June and spend the six weeks of summer at Daddy Daycare in an environment that is similar to P1. Plus for parents the added bonus is that we are considerably less than private nursery fees.
Our themes are:
Week 1 - Nature Week
Week 2 - Animal Week
Week 3 - Children's Choice Week
Week 4 - Science and Technology Week
Week 5 - Scottish Week
Week 6 - Sports Week
The themed idea was an idea the children came up with and it has proven to be very popular. It also has educational benefits as we learn a lot about the theme over the week in a fun fact finding way.
The holiday club is run by experienced Daddy Daycare staff who are PVG checked and trained in first aid, child protection and food hygiene.
WHERE ARE WE?
Week 1 we will be at St James Church, 57b Inverleith Row, EH3 5PX.
Week 2-7 will be at Bristo Baptist Church, 1 Queensferry Road, EH4 3DJ.
You don't need to attend the after school club to come to the holiday club and we have special authorisation that allows us to care for children starting school in August 2022
HOW MUCH?
Holiday fees are £175 per child for one week of Monday-Friday care, this includes all transport, entry fees and snacks. 50 hours of care for £175, that is as low as £3.50 an hour! All we ask is that you supply a pack lunch for your child.
PLEASE NOTE: The schedule may change as some venues do not take summer bookings this early bookings.

CAN YOU BOOK LESS THAN 5 DAYS?
Yes you can! Although we encourage parents to sign up for a week as it is a better experience for the children we also appreciate sometimes you just need a couple of days. you need to email us to request this: office@daddydaycareedinburgh.com
HOW MUCH IS A SINGLE SESSION?
A single day session is £35 a day from 8am till 5.45pm.
DO THE TRIPS CHANGE?
We do our best to keep the schedule accurate however we also take advantage of the best weather so changes may happen. ie There is no point in going the beach on a rainy day if its sunshine tomorrow! Parents will be informed of changes the day before.
CAN I SEE THE VENUE?
Yes you can visit by appointment, please email us to arrange this so we know you are coming and do not take the children out.
