Whether you are a regular client needing an extra session, or you only need after school care occasionally we are here to help. We allow bookings of ad hoc sessions up to two weeks in advance. Once your session. is booked please notify your child's school that we will be collecting. Please add your child's class to their name when booking (e.g. book for Jane Smith (P1A) or similar)

In order to book an ad hoc session you will need to be registered on our website and logged in. Existing clients should already have registrations (please contact us if you do not, but try clicking here and logging in using the email address where you receive your regular invoices.) 

 

If you are a new client looking to use our services for the first time then we need to gather some important information from you prior to your first booking.  This is to ensure we have sufficient information to care for your child safety and to comply with regulatory requirements. 

1) Please complete the Registration Form for each child.

2) Please complete our brief Care Plan form for each child.

3) Please click this link and click "Sign up". Once you complete this form it will alert us and we will review your registration, ensure we have all the information we need and then add you to our systems.

Once you are registered with us you will have access to book all future ad hoc and holiday club sessions; registration is a one time effort! 

 

​Cancellation policy

Cancellations 28 days or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations with under 28 days notice will not be refunded or removed from your account unless we are able to find another family to use your session.
