Daddy Daycare Edinburgh provides pre school care, after school care and holiday clubs in the Edinburgh area for ages 3-12

Since 2015 we have opened two clubs and currently aiming to open another in August. This fast rate of growth has meant our team has gone from five to seventeen in four years. This expanding environment creates far more opportunities for promotion than other companies and a real sense of family as we grow together.

Out of the original five staff one left, one had a beautiful baby and decided to be a full time mum and everyone else is still with us today! Amy was promoted to Manager, Zara was promoted to Deputy Manager, and Nicole was promoted to Practitioner and then Manager as well. Commitment and hard work is rewarded with regular pay reviews and a policy that makes sure no one is ever only paid minimum wage!

We may work hard but as you can see by these pictures we also play hard too! The Daddy Daycare team have a great social life with regular monthly nights out, a fantastic Christmas party and an end of the school year party.

Alan, the owner, recognises that if the team are happy then the children enjoy themselves more which for him is the single most important part of the service.
