Summer Holiday Club

Daddy Daycare will be running summer holiday club at 43 Canaan Lane, Morningside (EH10 4SG) and the Heart of Newhaven (EH6 4HY) this summer. We may be able to open a third location in the centre of town, location to be confirmed.
We will be open from Monday 29th June to Thursday 6th August at both sites for all 6 weeks and the club is open to all children who are attending primary school or who will start school in August 2026. First drop off is 8.15am and final pickup is 5.45pm, children need to bring a pack lunch, snacks and bus pass for trips.
Every day we have at least 6 group activities planned, around 200 over the whole summer which is a 50% increase over last summer. Alot of effort is made to ensure the children have fun in the time they are with us. We have qualified experienced staff who are first aid trained and alway work on 1:8 ratios or smaller ensuring children have plenty of care and attention.

Terms and conditions
Travel - Prices are inclusive of any trip entrance fees, all the activities we provide and an afternoon snack. However children do need to bring their free Scottish Government Bus Pass or £2.75 cash each time we are scheduled to go out on a trip.

Scheduled activities - Please note that the £47 fee is for 9.5hrs childcare, not for specific activities. As we live in Scotland we will sometimes need to change the activities on the day so what you see below is a guide not a definitive list. So for example If we are due to go to the botanical gardens or a beach on Monday but its raining that day and sunshine on Wednesday we will swap the days around to ensure the days are enjoyable. If we ever have to change a day that is charged at £50 then we will refund the £3 trip contribution to parents but not the £47 as we are still providing the childcare.

Cancellations - Cancellations 28 days or more in advance will receive a £40 refund per session. Cancellations with under 28 days notice will not be refunded or removed from your account unless we are able to find another family to use your session.
